As a response to the park closures at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland paired with the financial hardships that the United States is facing, Disney has officially decided to postpone all annual passholder monthly payments. They will also be refunding all payments taken from March 14th through April 4, 2020. If you paid for your pass in full, your annual pass will be automatically extended for the amount of days that the parks are closed.
Disney will be offering two options to postponing your pass. One option will allow you to extend your pass for the amount of days that the park is closed and the other will let your pass expire naturally. Information on how to do this will be provided soon on the Disneyland and Walt Disney World websites.
Option 1: NO Annual Pass Extension
Effective April 5, 2020, all annual passholder payments will be stopped. Payments will not be taken while the parks are closed and your annual pass will not be extended. Your pass will expire on its normal expiration date using this method.
Option 2: Annual Pass EXTENDED
Effective April 5, 2020, all annual passholder payments will be postponed. Payments will not be taken while the parks are closed however, you will have have a new expiration date on your annual pass once they reopen. Your pass will be extended for all of the days that the parks are closed.

Please note that if you choose option 2, you will still make monthly payments during those extended months on your contract.
