New Reasons To Celebrate Purple with the Disney Parks in 2019

With the new year already in full swing, Disney Parks is kicking off 2019 with a wave of purple fun. We’re talking treats, merch, pop-ups and more! But really tho… could anything be greater than purple churros at Disneyland? Actually, YES!

Yesterday, we visited the exclusive Pop-Up event for Walt Disney World Passholders in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom Park to be among the first to purchase some of the new potion purple merchandise! We walked through the old Stitch’s Great Escape queue and found ourselves meeting up with Minnie Mouse in her beautiful new dress covered in dots.

New purple potion merchandise includes adult and youth spirit jerseys, “Vacation Mode” water bottles, Loungefly mini backpack, Loungefly wallet and a new women’s Mickey T-shirt. These beauties are available at both Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort.

Registration was not required to attend this event, however a valid annual pass card and photo ID are required at check in. Best of all, that sweet 20% Passholder merchandise discount is applicable for merchandise purchases during this event.
