Disney Offers Paid-in-Full Passholders a Partial REFUND

With the recent theme park closures across the globe, Disneyland and Walt Disney World are offering pass holders a chance to make up for the lost time with either a partial refund or an extension.

Option 1 - Annual Pass Extension

By default, all annual pass holders who paid in full will receive an annual pass extension for the amount of days that the park is closed. The new expiration date will be reflected on the Annual Passholder’s account prior to the reopening of the theme parks.

Option 2 - Annual Pass Refund

As an alternative, Disney is offering passholders who have paid in full a partial refund for the time during the park closure period. 

At this time, Disney has not yet created a system that will allow you to choose your annual passholder option but we will keep you updated when they do! In the meantime, if you have any questions about your annual pass, you can contact:
